UPRYT / Growth proposal / October 2026Prepared for the MetroSmiles team

We'll win back your smiles!

The neighborhood already knows you. Let's make it easy to book.

A plan to bring more new patients to all seven offices, starting with the things on your website that are quietly turning them away.

1994The year your first office opened, by your own About page
~1,200Google reviews across seven offices, about 4.1 on average
~360Estimated Google visits to your site a month. Nearly all are people who typed your name
0 of 7Office pages that show that office's own address, phone number or hours

The short version

If you only read one screen, read this one.

What's holding MetroSmiles back

  • "Book online" opens a contact form that sends an email. Nobody can pick a time.
  • Each office has a page, and each page is a name and that same form. No address, no hours, no number of its own.
  • Google sends about 360 visits a month, almost all from people who already know you.

What we'd do

  • Rebuild the site on WordPress in your brand, with a real page for every office in English and Spanish.
  • Fix every Google listing so the name, hours and phone match the site.
  • Track every booking request and call by office, and report it weekly.

What it costs

  • One monthly fee for the brand and the main site.
  • One monthly fee per office.
  • A one-time website rebuild.

Numbers are in Investment.

When

  • Week 2: new site live.
  • Month 1: listings fixed, tracking on, baseline set.
  • Day 90: a report on new-patient requests and calls, office by office.

Why we're here

To the MetroSmiles team,

You have done the hard part. Since 1994 you have opened offices where your patients actually live: Cermak Road, Kedzie, Cicero Avenue, Diversey, Sibley, Pulaski. You accept Medicaid and say so. Your staff speaks the languages your neighborhoods speak. About 1,200 people have taken the time to review you on Google.

The website has not kept up with any of that. The green "Book online" button opens an email form. The seven office pages have no address, no hours and no phone number of their own. The Spanish site still lists ten offices and an old Oak Lawn address. The only analytics tag on the site belongs to a Google product that stopped collecting data in 2023, so nobody can see how many people tried to book and gave up.

None of that is a problem with your care or your name. It is plumbing, and plumbing can be fixed in weeks. This page shows exactly what we found, what we would build, and what it would look like in your own blues.

The audit

Everything here was checked from the outside on October 6, 2026. Where we could not see something, we say so.

Five of eight basics are broken, two are half built, and every one of them is fixable.

Broken · 5Partial · 2Working · 1

Reputation

Working
  • About 1,200 Google reviews across the seven offices on your site.
  • Six of seven offices sit at 4.0 or higher. Cicero/Berwyn leads at 4.5.
  • Gage Park is the outlier at 3.3 from about 65 reviews.
  • This is the asset we protect and put in front of new patients. Today none of it appears on the site.

Booking

Broken
  • "Book online" opens a pop-up contact form. It links nowhere.
  • The form asks for a name, email and message. It does not ask for a day, a time, insurance, or whether the patient is new.
  • The page says: Fill out the contact form to send us an email; we will respond to you as soon as possible.
  • We found no online scheduling tool in the page source.

Office pages

Broken
  • All seven offices have a page. Each one is the office name and the same contact form.
  • No address, hours, map, dentist or photo on any of them, and no phone number of its own.
  • Hours are not published anywhere on the site.
  • The Archer Heights page lives at /location/metrosmiles-chicago-3/.

Names, listings and facts

Broken
  • The office at 4842 W Cermak Rd is "Berwyn" on the site, "Cicero/Berwyn" in the form and "Metro Smiles Cicero" on Google.
  • On Google, Oak Lawn is listed as "Cicero Dental" and Brickyard as "Brickyard Dental".
  • The Oak Lawn listing shows Saturday as open 24 hours. The Pilsen listing shows no hours.
  • The footer says "over 25 years". The About page says 1994, which is 32.

Getting found on Google

Broken
  • About 360 estimated visits a month from Google, from 26 ranking searches.
  • The biggest single source is people typing "metro smiles dolton".
  • We found one neighborhood search where you appear on page one: "dentist in dolton illinois", in position 8.
  • Office pages carry no description for Google and no dentist or local-business markup.

Tracking

Broken
  • The only analytics tag in the page source is a Universal Analytics ID. Google stopped processing data for that product in 2023.
  • We found no Google Analytics 4 tag, no Tag Manager container and no Meta pixel.
  • We found no call tracking script, so calls from the site cannot be tied to an office.
  • We can't see from outside where form requests are delivered.

Spanish

Partial
  • You have a Spanish site and a toggle on every page. That is a real head start.
  • It still lists ten offices and the old Oak Lawn address, 4710 95th Street.
  • Five of the six "Aprende más" buttons on the Spanish homepage lead to a page-not-found error.
  • "Book online" is translated as "Libro en línea", and one service page still shows lorem ipsum filler text.

Brand and content

Partial
  • The wordmark, the smile and the two blues are strong and used consistently.
  • The name appears three ways: Metro Smiles, MetroSmiles and MetroSmiles Dental.
  • No dentist or team member is named, and we found no photos of your offices or staff.
  • The For Patients page reads: This section is still in the works. Please check back later.

What you already own

You don't need a new brand. You need to use this one.

MetroSmiles wordmark

A smile built into the name

The white arc under the wordmark is the most useful thing in your kit. It works as an underline, a divider, a button shape and a map pin. Today it appears once, in the header.

Two blues nobody nearby owns

The bright cyan and the deeper blue are already on your site, your favicon and your M mark. The green is already your Book button.

Lines worth repeating

"We'll win back your smiles!""Find Us In Your Neighborhood""Are you ready to become a part of our dental family?"

Seven addresses on real streets

Cermak, Kedzie, Cicero Avenue, Diversey, Sibley, Pulaski. Your offices are in the neighborhoods, on the blocks people walk. That is a story the bigger chains can't tell.

Languages and Medicaid

Your About page says the staff speaks English, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Greek and Korean. Your footer says "We accept Medicaid". Both are reasons to choose you, and both are easy to miss today.

Where you are today

Your homepage, exactly as a new patient sees it.

The opportunity

Your reviews say people like you once they arrive. Search is where new patients decide who to try.

The gap

MetroSmiles gets about 360 Google visits a month. Other Chicago dental groups get 1,500 to 5,800.

*Dental Dreams operates in several states, so its figure is national. These are third-party estimates, useful for comparing sites, not exact counts.

Why the gap can close. You are not behind on reputation. You have about 1,200 reviews and seven real offices. You are behind because the site gives Google nothing to rank: no office address on an office page, no hours, no page about Medicaid, no page about braces in any neighborhood. Those are pages we can write.

Volumes are national monthly estimates from Ahrefs, October 6, 2026. Local searches like "dentist near me" are answered by the map, which is why the Google listings matter as much as the pages.

The new look and website

Same wordmark, same blues, same neighborhoods. One system, so every office, post and page looks like the same MetroSmiles.

Mood board

The smile is already in your logo. We put it on everything.

Direction preview, built from your existing assets. Final system developed together after kickoff.

MetroSmiles mood board: logo, palette, type, textures, photography direction and applied examples

Diversey Mist#C4ECF9

Sibley Green#66CC00

The palette rule

Cermak Cyan and Archer Blue do the heavy lifting. Green is for one thing only: the Book button. Pink is a small accent. Navy and Enamel are the two additions, so text is easy to read.

Social: three things worth posting about

The neighborhood

The block, the office front, the school down the street, the local event. Proof you are from here.

The team

The people at the front desk and chairside, and the languages they speak. Faces, with their permission.

The answer

The questions the phones get every day: Medicaid, a first visit, braces, what to bring. Answered plainly, in two languages.

MonThe answer: "Do you take Medicaid?" in English and Spanish
